We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Nyköping. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive support for internal customer inquiries, including technical assistance, order management, and payment-related issues. You will work closely with multiple teams across the organization, ensuring smooth coordination to resolve issues efficiently.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide internal customer support, addressing various issues such as technical queries, order concerns, and payment-related inquiries.

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams like Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and others to ensure prompt resolution and follow-through.

• Work closely with After-Sales Service and Spare Parts teams to ensure issues are addressed completely.

• Manage end-to-end case ownership to drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer support and order management.

• Proficiency in SAP and knowledge of logistics flows.

• Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer inquiries.

• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Experience in risk management, logistics, and order management processes.

• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
