We are currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with expertise in SAP Activate Methodology and Agile principles, including DevOps practices, to oversee the "Document and Data Driven Stream (D3W)" within a S/4 Hana transformation project.

As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the D3W stream to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. You will be required to plan resources, manage the budget, monitor progress, align teams, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the program. The role requires the ability to balance project timelines, budgets, and scope while navigating between IT and Business Units to coordinate the project’s resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the D3W stream within the S/4 Hana transformation project.

• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Plan and assign resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and perform inter-team alignments.

• Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, balancing the technical and business requirements.

• Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively.

Required Experience and Skills:

• At least 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, leading large-scale projects.

• Proficiency in SAP Activate Methodology, Agile principles, and DevOps practices.

• Strong experience with budget management, time and scope management, resource efficiency, and stakeholder management.

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different regions.

• International experience and experience working with cross-European teams.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a result-oriented approach.

Fluent in both English and Swedish.

This is a hybrid position, with cooperation mostly online, but some travel may be required.
