We are seeking a skilled professional to enable and support the creation and maintenance of Software Factories. These factories will provide robust development environments and facilitate CI/CD workflows, ensuring smooth deployment, operations, and monitoring of releases. The role involves developing necessary tools and extensions to streamline, expedite, and secure workflows within the DevSecOps ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include managing enterprise services used in the development process, such as Azure DevOps, SonarQube, and Artifactory, while ensuring secure access handling. You will also maintain common security services and monitor key metrics to ensure continuous improvement in DevSecOps practices.

Required qualifications:

• Over 4 years of software development experience

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proven experience in developing and managing CI/CD environments

• Experience with DevSecOps practices

• EU/EES/NATO citizenship required

This role is critical in supporting the implementation of streamlined, secure, and efficient development workflows within the organization.
