We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to ensure the quality and consistency of master data across all our sites. This role will focus on supporting the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) processes within the Business Area (BA) by maintaining and implementing high-quality master data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high-quality and comparable master data for all sites, ensuring that it supports O&M processes effectively.

• Advise and promote best practices for master data management and train end users on understanding relevant business processes.

• Set up and manage the migration of master data for new implementations of O&M processes at various sites.

• Provide support for master data changes, updates, and developments.

• Ensure the quality of O&M master data in SAP, particularly in the PM and MM modules.

• Assist with ongoing O&M activities by creating, modifying, and migrating master data.

• Collaborate with process and system development teams to enhance master data capabilities.

• Develop and refine internal processes and tools to streamline master data handling and improve overall efficiency.

• Convert, verify, and upload new master data into SAP, ensuring high data quality.

• Review and cleanse existing master data to maintain data integrity in SAP.

• Maintain up-to-date master data processes, templates, and documentation.

• Conduct training sessions on master data handling to improve user understanding and data gathering processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar master data-related role.

• Proficiency in SAP, particularly within the PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Materials Management) modules.

• Hands-on experience working with large data sets and managing complex data workflows.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel for data management.

• Experience in managing master data implementation projects and training end users is a plus.

• Knowledge of offshore and onshore wind operations is beneficial.

• Proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken.
