The role involves working closely with both Vendor and Vendor Project Managers to establish and maintain a collaborative, unified team environment throughout the entire implementation phase, ensuring that this collaboration continues post-implementation. You will be responsible for driving the perspective and expected outcomes, timelines, and deliveries as outlined in the contract and agreement during the project’s discovery phase and any subsequent changes.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the overall project plan and timeline, which spans the discovery phase, implementation, quality assurance, and market rollouts. You will lead the core project team and ensure the coordination and prioritization of dependencies and tasks for various stakeholders outside the core team, including areas such as payment systems, store infrastructure and network, sales data, master data, loyalty programs, hardware, and more.

In addition, the role requires driving internal communication within the organization, ensuring smooth project operations across departments. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining the necessary tooling required for the project.
