We are currently looking for an experienced ICT Asset Manager to support our client in Linköping with their hardware management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the life cycle management (LCM) of hardware within the Lab Site Operations (LSO).

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Hardware Management (HWM) and LSO teams.

• Contribute to the global hardware management team and ensure alignment with overall objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Manage local asset management and life cycle operations.

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvements and optimization of processes.

• Build strong working relationships with colleagues across HWM globally and LSO locally.

• Report issues, improvements, and roadblocks to service owners.

• Perform data maintenance using tools like EquipMan and SAP for hardware database management.

• Handle ticketing processes, including hardware transfers between different sites using Jira.

• Support site operations in key areas such as security, business continuity management (BCM), environmental, health, and safety (EHS/OHS), audits, and assessments.

• Drive the strategic, tactical, and operational work while aligning targets and goals across teams.

• Work closely with third-party suppliers and external partners.

• Contribute to the global evolution of lab operations services.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of financial flows related to hardware procurement and lifecycle management.

• Proficient in using inventory management systems and tools.

• Previous experience working in a service organization, managing hardware and assets.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• A proven record of delivering results and a transformation-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.

• Experience in lean and agile methodologies and their application in large organizations.

• A university degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, making fact-based, timely decisions even when details are incomplete or contradictory.
