Assignment – Test Manager for ERP Implementation

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead the testing efforts for a large-scale ERP implementation. The position involves managing all stages of the testing lifecycle, from initial planning to execution and closure, while ensuring quality throughout the process. A key part of the assignment is also to establish a robust testing structure that will support long-term operational needs beyond the project’s duration.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all test phases, including Unit, Integration, System, UAT, and Regression testing

• Set up and maintain necessary test environments, tools, and test data

• Coordinate testing activities across ERP core, system integrations, and adjacent platforms

• Drive defect management processes, monitor testing progress, and communicate updates to project stakeholders

• Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, test cases, and results

• Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders and teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in test management roles within complex IT or ERP projects

• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar

• Strong background in integration testing across diverse system landscapes

• Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or TestRail

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of clear and effective stakeholder communication
