Senior Test Engineer – Infrastructure & Automation

We are looking for a driven and highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to support a customer project focused on IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in automated testing, combined with a solid understanding of on-premise cloud environments and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute automated test cases for advanced infrastructure environments

• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are testable and meet quality standards

• Analyze results, troubleshoot defects, and drive issues to resolution

• Contribute to the development and improvement of test automation frameworks and processes

• Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in infrastructure testing and automation

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven expertise in automated testing tools and methodologies

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including compute, storage, networking, and virtualization

• Hands-on experience with OpenStack and its core services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Shared Services, Orchestration)

• Solid background in testing infrastructure and IaaS solutions

• Skilled in creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test documentation

• Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Experience testing high-availability and disaster recovery configurations
