Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist to take ownership of developing, maintaining, and enhancing AI models for recommendations and personalization. In this role, you will manage the entire machine learning lifecycle—from data exploration and model design to deployment and monitoring—delivering scalable, production-ready solutions that create real value for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize AI models, including recommendation engines and LLM-driven applications, along with their data pipelines.

• Enhance the performance, robustness, and scalability of systems in production.

• Work closely with product teams to identify opportunities and deliver proof-of-concepts.

• Apply MLOps principles for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis and build visualizations to support decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Python with strong production-level coding skills.

• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP).

• Solid knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.

• Experience in MLOps and CI/CD pipelines, preferably within GCP Vertex AI.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.

• Proven track record working on recommendation and personalization systems.

• Familiarity with LLMs and related tools: prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and developing REST APIs.

• Knowledge of Redis and DBT.

• Comfortable working with Git and version control.

• Previous experience collaborating in Agile, cross-functional teams.
