Assignment Overview

We are looking for a consultant with solid expertise in Business Change Management strategy and framework development.

The CAD/vPDM environment is a critical platform for product design and development, serving a large global user community. Agile release cycles are used to introduce new features, improvements, and system updates. To ensure smooth adoption, high user satisfaction, and long-term business value, effective change management is essential.

The main focus is on strengthening operational change management for current and upcoming initiatives, while at the same time building a strong strategic foundation. This involves creating scalable frameworks, models, and tools to enhance change management capabilities and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an overarching agile business change management strategy and framework for CAD/vPDM.

• Define KPIs and success measures, including feedback loops for continuous improvement.

• Create a practical playbook with templates for communication, stakeholder mapping, and impact assessments.

• Design onboarding and training concepts to build leadership and team capability.

Deliverables

• Documented and approved Business Change Management strategy and framework for the CAD/vPDM environment.

• Roll-out plan and supporting education and implementation material.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in business change management strategy within large or global organizations.

• Experience in defining KPIs and embedding change management into agile delivery models.

• Strong skills in developing practical tools, frameworks, and training programs.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
