Assignment Description

Background
The CAD/vPDM environment plays a critical role in vehicle design and product development, supporting a global user base of more than 13,000 people. New functions, improvements, and other changes are released through agile cycles, which makes structured business change management essential to ensure smooth adoption, high user satisfaction, and long-term value.

The current focus is on operational change management for ongoing and upcoming initiatives, while at the same time strengthening the strategic foundation by creating frameworks, models, and tools that can scale the organization’s change management capability.

Assignment Objectives
The consultant will support the transition toward a sustainable, strategic, and proactive approach to change management.

Key Contributions

• Develop an overarching agile business change management strategy and framework for the CAD/vPDM environment.

• Define KPIs and success metrics, including feedback loops for continuous improvement.

• Produce a playbook with templates such as communication plans, stakeholder maps, and impact assessment guides.

• Design onboarding and training concepts to build leadership and team capabilities.

Deliverables

• A documented and approved business change management strategy and framework.

• A rollout plan along with education and training material to support implementation.

Required Expertise

• At least 5 years of proven experience in business change management within large, global organizations.

• Solid background in defining KPIs and embedding change within agile delivery models.

• Ability to develop practical tools, frameworks, and training programs.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and roles.

Practical Details

• Start: As soon as possible.

• Location: Södertälje (hybrid work arrangement possible).

• Engagement: Fixed-price assignment.
