Lead Functional Architect

Role Description

We are looking for a Lead Functional Architect to coordinate and oversee the functional aspects of EE and software systems in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders. The role includes driving technical development, improving working methods, and supporting various tasks within the EE architecture domain.

You will be responsible for structuring and managing functional content, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements, and contributing to technical and architectural roadmaps. To succeed, you need a strong systems perspective, the ability to identify and resolve contradictions or gaps, and a collaborative mindset with a holistic approach to achieving sustainable improvements and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of functional aspects in EE and software systems

• Translate stakeholder needs into structured requirements and roadmaps

• Drive both technical development and process improvements

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress

• Support activities within the EE architecture domain

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field

• Extensive hands-on experience in EE and software-related product development

• Proven leadership and strategic responsibility in previous roles

• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written
