Senior Software Engineer

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong leadership skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving front-end development initiatives while ensuring performance, accessibility, and technical excellence. The position requires on-site presence three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable front-end solutions.

• Ensure adherence to SEO principles, accessibility guidelines, and semantic web standards.

• Optimize web applications with a focus on Core Web Vitals and overall performance.

• Evaluate and implement modern frameworks such as React, Svelte, and Vue, selecting the best fit for project needs.

• Apply modern rendering strategies including CSR, SSR, and SSG.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable, testable, and high-quality code.

• Drive efficient development processes using Git workflows, peer reviews, and release management best practices.

• Create engaging user experiences with animation tools such as GSAP, ensuring smooth and optimized performance.

• Mentor and guide team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Requirements

• Strong background in front-end development with experience in large-scale, cloud-based systems.

• Hands-on expertise in frameworks such as React, Svelte, and Vue.

• Deep understanding of web performance indicators and optimization techniques.

• Proven ability to produce clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Knowledge of rendering methods (CSR, SSR, SSG).

• Experience with modern development practices, including Git workflows and peer reviews.

• Practical experience with animation libraries (e.g., GSAP).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.

Nice to Have

• Previous leadership or mentoring experience in software development teams.

• Broader exposure to design systems and accessibility-driven development.
