Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Senior Verification Engineer with expertise in manual testing, particularly within the connectivity domain. This role involves working within an agile Scrum team to perform comprehensive system verification for rigs and vehicles. Responsibilities will include developing verification methods, performing system integration, conducting simulations, exploratory testing, enhancing the test environment, producing documentation, and taking ownership of selected end-to-end functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead verification efforts in embedded systems, focusing on both hardware and software components.

• Develop and implement verification methods and strategies, ensuring thorough system testing.

• Perform integrations and simulations across various system components to ensure full functionality.

• Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues and improve system performance.

• Improve and maintain the test environment to support ongoing testing efforts.

• Take responsibility as the function owner for selected end-to-end verification processes.

• Document all findings and results to ensure traceability and clarity.

Required Qualifications:

• Solid experience in verification work for embedded systems, with a comprehensive understanding of verification processes and methodologies.

• Proficiency with verification toolchains, including Vector CAN tools and CANoe.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

• Experience with high-performance ECUs, connectivity technologies, or software updates is a distinct advantage.

• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Robot Framework, or CANoe simulations.

• Knowledge of telematics and infotainment systems is beneficial.

Desirable Skills:

• Additional experience with high-performing ECUs and advanced connectivity domains.

• Experience working in complex environments requiring detailed analysis and robust testing procedures.

• Familiarity with the latest trends in connected vehicle systems, telematics, and infotainment solutions.
