We are seeking a proactive and hands-on System Technician to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our operations run smoothly by providing first-level support, troubleshooting, and handling day-to-day tasks. You’ll be responsible for supporting stakeholders, managing system-related queries, and ensuring that supplier contracts are adhered to in a compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Query Resolution: Serve as the secondary point of contact for support tickets, efficiently resolving system-related issues raised by managers and advisors.

• Documentation Support: Assist in maintaining accurate system documentation and handling various administrative tasks.

• Operational Tasks: Conduct system checks, address errors, and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, including integration challenges, escalating more complex issues as necessary.

• User Training: Provide training and guidance to new users, ensuring work instructions remain up-to-date.

• Communication: Keep relevant teams informed of system updates and changes, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–3 years in system administration, application engineering, or a similar role.

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and providing operational support.

• Learning Agility: A strong curiosity and quick adaptability to new tools and technologies.
