Assignment Description

We are looking for a Service Designer to support teams in working with customer journeys and insights, enabling more informed decisions and stronger collaboration. The consultant will be part of a design team focused on building service design capabilities across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading journey mapping efforts (ideally with B2B or sales experience), helping teams apply customer journeys and service blueprints, and fostering cross-functional collaboration by connecting people, processes, technology, and data.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in service design.

• Strong competence in journey mapping.

• Ability to plan and facilitate workshops.

• Experience with a broad range of design tools is considered an advantage, along with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to different levels of design maturity.

• A technical background, such as experience in system development, prior to transitioning into service design, is a plus.

This role involves close collaboration with multiple functions and a strong connection to technical solutions, making experience in IT and digital platforms advantageous.
