Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Software Developer with 3-7 years of experience to join our software development team. In this role, you will focus on developing, testing, and deploying robust software development environments that are essential for our operations.

Our primary responsibility is to supply methods, tools, and infrastructure for digital development, all while increasing efficiency, security, and speed in both products and tools. Software excellence and information assurance are central to our ecosystem, and your work will contribute directly to our continuous growth and innovation.

You will be part of a diverse team of 7 software developers working in an Agile & DevOps environment. Your main objective will be to ensure that we build a high-quality development environment that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, deploy, and test software development environments, ensuring they align with our internal requirements and customer expectations.

• Manage and support the deployment of tools such as Bitbucket & Artifactory, and ensure seamless integration with Kubernetes.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all solutions are well-tested, scalable, and maintainable.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education: BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a similar technical degree.

System Knowledge:

• Strong expertise in Linux systems.

• Proficiency with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Podman, Nerdctl) in Linux environments.

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.

• Solid understanding of Agile workflows, including writing DoD/DoR, acceptance criteria, story point complexity estimation, and velocity.

• Proficient with task planning using tools like Jira, and estimating tasks using SMART goals.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, runners) and managing pipelines for build, testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), SAST, DAST, release management, and deployment to staging/production.

• Familiarity with version control systems like GIT, Subversion, or similar.

• Experience working with artifact stores.

• Working knowledge of tools like Mattermost, SonarQube, Jenkins, Confluence, and Vault.

• Programming skills in languages such as Python, Perl, Bash, YAML, or any common language.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with DevSecOps, prioritizing security in the development pipeline.

• Familiarity with scanning third-party libraries and container images for vulnerabilities.

• Knowledge in managing system communication protocols, such as REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI, or XML.

• Experience with database migration tools like Flyway or Liquibase.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Exposure to Agentic AI development would be a bonus.

Additional Information:

• This role may require occasional travel, depending on project needs.

• Full-time on-site role with opportunities for extension based on performance and business needs.
