Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CRM system projects.

• At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation initiatives.

• A solid understanding of leasing operations and broader banking processes.

• Expertise in Jira and its application for project tracking and delivery.

• Experience in functional areas such as payments, credit, collections, and financial operations within the banking sector.
