Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Leader to manage projects within the field quality area. You will lead cross-functional teams to analyze deviations, identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions. The projects will involve both embedded software and hardware, supporting e-Mobility and conventional powertrain systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and root cause analysis.

• Manage project planning, follow-up, and delivery according to timeline and quality targets.

• Coordinate activities across R&D, production, and quality departments.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment between stakeholders.

• Drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• A few years of experience as a project leader, or in powertrain R&D and/or embedded software development.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects under pressure.

• Adaptable and resilient when handling change and uncertainty.

• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in software, product, production, or purchasing.

Meriting

• Knowledge of electrical or embedded systems in vehicles.

• Experience in project or product management.

Start: 2025-11-01
Duration: Until 2026-06-01 (extension possible)
Location: Södertälje (hybrid, 2–3 days/week onsite)
