Business Analyst

Role description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support requirement work and solution development in a cross-functional environment. You will work with stakeholders from R&D, IT and commercial functions to gather, analyse and manage requirements, and contribute to solutions that address both new and existing needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, IT and commercial teams to gather, analyse and document requirements.

• Manage and structure requirements throughout the assignment.

• Contribute to the creation and modelling of solutions based on identified needs.

• Inform and communicate with relevant stakeholders and provide clarification when needed.

• Lead assignments and preliminary studies within the domain.

• Coordinate acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet agreed requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of relevant higher education.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Meriting

• Experience with RoD processes and product structures.

• Experience with AWS development or participation in an on-prem to cloud migration.

• General knowledge of software development.

• Location: Södertälje (hybrid)
