Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Crash Test Engineer to lead and coordinate crash testing activities within a structured verification environment. The role involves planning, executing and documenting test activities while ensuring high quality, accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crash test sessions throughout the full test cycle.

• Prepare test plans, test setups and documentation.

• Ensure that all tests follow internal and external safety and quality requirements.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to secure test readiness.

• Analyse and report results with a clear focus on traceability and technical accuracy.

• Drive continuous improvements within the crash testing process.

Requirements

• Master of Science degree or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a test leader within crash testing.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Meriting

• Swedish or German language skills.

• Experience with crash simulation.

• CAD competence.

• Project management experience.
