About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer for a full-time assignment based in Lund. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and deploying effective test suites to ensure that developed systems meet defined end-user requirements. You will apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to validate, verify, and resolve system and software issues through structured and methodical testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases in accordance with established test plans

• Develop test cases in close collaboration with development teams

• Design and refine test processes and procedures

• Identify, document, and report problems or failures in a clear and structured manner

• Integrate, configure, and maintain automated test environments

Requirements

• Proven experience in test case development and test case execution

• Experience in developing and improving test processes and procedures

• Hands-on experience with automated test environments

• Strong problem reporting and defect management skills

• Expert-level proficiency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken

• Please note: a drug test must be completed prior to the start of the assignment

Meriting

• Experience working in cross-functional teams alongside development personnel

• Background in complex system or software testing environments

• Experience from regulated or industrial sectors

Start: 2026-05 Duration: Until 2027-05 (approximately 12 months) Location: Lund, Sweden (on-site, 100%)
